Cora Leigh Housley of Dover has been selected as one of 29 representatives from Arkansas Tech University in the 2011 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Housley has been involved with the Arkansas Tech Presidential Leadership Cabinet, the Baptist Collegiate Ministry, intramural sports, the Pre-Med Club and the Spanish Club during her time as a student in Russellville.
She was selected for the University Honors program and has earned a place on the Dean’s List in multiple semesters. Housley also served as a majorette in the Arkansas Tech Marching Band and as a student worker in the College of Business.
Housley’s parents are Leslie and Jeff Housley of Dover. She will graduate in spring 2012. Housley’s major field of study is pre-med/biology and her minor field of study is chemistry.
