2011 Who's Who – A.C. Brown

A.C. Brown III of Greenwood has been selected as one of 29 representatives from Arkansas Tech University in the 2011 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Brown served as an officer in the Arkansas Tech Presidential Leadership Cabinet, Sigma Alpha Phi, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers. He worked as a freshman orientation leader and as a resident assistant at Arkansas Tech. Brown was chosen for the University Honors program and was named to the Dean’s List in multiple semesters. He was voted Mr. Tech 2008 and was selected to serve as host for two of the most popular campus life programs at Arkansas Tech — “Tech Idol” and “The Price is Right.” Son of Kimberly Brown and A.C. Brown of Greenwood, Brown graduated from Arkansas Tech in December 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and an Associate of Science degree in nuclear technology.
