2010 Who's Who – Tayler Melton

Tayler Rae Melton of Yellville has been selected as one of 28 representatives from Arkansas Tech University in the 2010 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Melton has served as president of Delta Zeta at Arkansas Tech, and she received that organization’s Light of the Lamp regional award in spring 2009. She was the only Arkansan to attend the 2009 North American Interfraternity Conference in Washington, D.C. A past orientation leader at Arkansas Tech, Melton has held membership in Gamma Sigma Alpha, the Order of Omega, the Tech Loyalty Fund Class of 2010 committee, the College of Business Student Advisory Board and the Presidential Leadership Cabinet. Melton received a university scholarship at Arkansas Tech, and she has earned a spot on the Dean’s List in multiple semesters.

Her volunteer service has included work with Girls of Promise, Silent Sunday for the Arkansas School for the Deaf, trash pick-ups and blood drives. Daughter of Paula and Charles Melton of Yellville, Melton will graduate from Tech in May 2010. She is majoring in management and marketing.
