2010 Who's Who – Ashley Vaughan

Ashley Gayle Saegert Vaughan of Siloam Springs has been selected as one of 28 representatives from Arkansas Tech University in the 2010 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Vaughan has served as president, vice president and pinning chair for the Arkansas Tech Student Nurses Association. She has also been active in Sigma Theta Tau, the Church of Christ Student Center, the National Society of Success and Leadership and intramural sports. She is a volunteer for such organizations as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the Main Street Mission in Russellville and the Boys and Girls Club of Siloam Springs.

Vaughan earned scholarships to Arkansas Tech from the King Foundation, Liberty Bank, Signature Bank, Community Blood Centers, Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital, Coca-Cola, the Boys and Girls Club, G&S Shoes, Community Physicians Group, Cargill, the Siloam Springs High School Class of 1953 and Carroll Electric. Daughter of Gayla and Mike Seagert of Siloam Springs, Vaughan is married to Jay Vaughan. She will graduate from Tech in May 2010 with a degree in nursing.
