Haley Sohl has heard about Arkansas Tech from her parents for as long as she can remember.
“They love Tech so much and have brought us to numerous Homecoming football games,” said Sohl of her parents. “When I visited Tech two years ago, I discovered that it was everything my parents said it would be. While my parents noted the advances the university has made, such as the Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center, they also noticed that the school retains the small-town feel they remember.”
Sohl was schooled at home. She was active in Science Enrichment Education for Kids (SEEK) and the Home Ed Yearbook staff.
Sohl’s parents are Kim and Steve Sohl. Steve graduated from Tech in 1982. Kim also attended Arkansas Tech.
