Stone Punches Ticket to Miss Arkansas 2019

Arkansas Tech University student Kelsey Stone will compete in the Miss Arkansas Scholarship Pageant for a third consecutive year.

Stone captured the 2019 Miss Arkansas Valley crown on Friday, July 13, 2018. It is one of more than 40 preliminary pageants leading up to Miss Arkansas 2019.

Other ATU students competing in Miss Arkansas Valley 2019 included Madison Oswalt of Harrison, who won the most photogenic award, and Payton Marshall of Belleville, who finished as third runner-up.

A 21-year old resident of Russellville, Stone was crowned Miss Arkansas Tech University 2017. She went on to win the Buddy Coleman Memorial Overall Talent award and finish in the top 15 at the 2017 Miss Arkansas Pageant.

Daughter of Kim and Dee Stone, she won the 2018 Miss Natural State preliminary and finished as fourth runner-up during the 2018 Miss Arkansas Pageant.
