Recent heavy rains and forecasts of continued inclement weather in Russellville have caused Arkansas Tech University to reschedule and relocate its 2018 Involvement Fair.
The event, which was originally scheduled for Monday, Aug. 20 at Hindsman Tower, will now take place on Centennial Plaza beginning at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21.
Organizations and local businesses planning on hosting tables at the event may begin to set up at 6 p.m. Tuesday on the plaza, which is located on the west side of Thone Stadium at Buerkle Field. Check in for exhibitors will take place adjacent to Centennial Plaza at Jerry’s Eats, which is located 1122 North El Paso Ave.

More than 2,200 individuals attended the 2017 Involvement Fair. The annual event allows ATU students to learn more about registered student organizations and campus resources as well as the opportunities that exist for them beyond the boundaries of campus.
