Arkansas Tech University student McCartney Drouin is among those who will compete in the Miss Arkansas pageant this summer.
Drouin, a Mountain View native, was crowned Miss Ozark Mountain over the weekend.
Miss Arkansas is an official preliminary to the Miss America pageant. The Miss America Organization leads the country in providing scholarships to women.
Drouin is currently one of five Arkansas Tech students who will compete for the Miss Arkansas title in Hot Springs.
