Registered student organizations (RSOs) at Arkansas Tech University interested in participating in the organization fair at Time Out for Tech 2018 have until 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19, to register for the event.
RSOs may register for the Time Out for Tech organizational fair on theLINK.
Time Out for Tech 2018 is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 1. RSOs that participate in the organizational fair will need to have representatives at Tucker Coliseum prepared to greet prospective students and their families from 8-9:30 a.m.
Due to space constraints, RSOs may have a maximum of four representatives at the organizational fair. The height restriction on displays is seven feet.
Representatives from each RSO are asked to have their table set up and ready to greet guests by 8 a.m. on the morning of Time Out for Tech.
Now in its 20th year, Time Out for Tech is the annual preview day for all high school seniors considering enrollment at Arkansas Tech.
“This is an excellent opportunity for your organization to prospect for new members and welcome prospective students to our campus,” said Dausen Duncan, visit day coordinator in the Arkansas Tech Office of Admissions.
