Arkansas Tech Homecoming Court

The Arkansas Tech University Student Government Association has announced the five students selected for the 2015 Homecoming Court.

The members of the court include:

  • Stephanie Carter
  • Toni Cody
  • Haley Owen
  • Hailey Robinson
  • Bailey Taylor

Stephanie Carter is senior studying rehabilitation science and is from Van Buren. She was nominated for the Homecoming court by Alpha Tau Omega. She is active in Zeta Tau Alpha, National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Greek Programming Board. She’s served as a resident assistant, an orientation leader and a student ambassador. Her parents are Tony and Sherri Carter.

Toni Cody is a senior majoring in middle level education and is from Sulpher Springs, TX. She was nominated for the Homecoming court by the Collegiate Middle Level Association and CRU. She has served as an orientation leader and was involved in intramural sports. Her parents are Stuart and Amber Cody.

Haley Owen is a junior management and marketing major from Subiaco. She was nominated for the Homecoming court by Arkansas Tech Volleyball where she is an outside hitter. Her parents are David and Jennifer Owen.

Hailey Robinson is a senior majoring in speech communication and sociology and is from Okmulgee, OK. She was nominated for the Homecoming court by the African American Student Association. She is president of that organization, and she has also served as a resident assistant, an orientation leader and as chairperson for International Women’s Week. Her parents are James and Marsha Robinson.

Bailey Taylor is a senior management and marketing major from Rogers. She was nominated for the Homecoming court by Sigma Phi Epsilon. On campus, she is involved in Delta Zeta, Presidential Leadership Cabinet, Dean’s Leadership Class and Order of Omega. She has also served as a resident assistant. Her parents are Jim and Felicia Taylor.

Voting for the 2015 Homecoming Queen will begin at 12 a.m. Tuesday and runs through 11:59 p.m. Thursday. All voting will take place on theLink.

The queen will be announced during the pre-game festivities at Saturday’s Homecoming football game. The pre-game festivities begin at 2:30 p.m. at Thone Stadium, and the Wonder Boys will face Ouachita Baptist University in a 3 p.m. contest.
