Chad Cargill ACT Prep at Arkansas Tech-Ozark

Area high school students looking to improve their ACT scores are encouraged to attend the Chad Cargill ACT Test Prep workshop at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus on Tuesday, Oct. 4.

The event will be from 9 a.m.-noon in the Student Services Conference Center. The cost is $40 per student and includes lunch. Workshop topics include tips on the ACT test as a whole as well as the individual sections of math, science, reading and English.

“This workshop has taken students to a new level on the ACT test time and time again,” said Laura Rudolph, Director of Community Outreach for Arkansas Tech University-Ozark. “Students are always amazed at how Chad Cargill has mastered this test and is able to pass on that knowledge. His humor and positive attitude are added bonuses that always keeps the students engaged and excited throughout the presentation.”

According to his website, Cargill has presented the workshop for more than 20 years and speaks to more than 10,000 students each year. He is the founder and president of Cargill Consulting and holds a degree in industrial engineering from Oklahoma State.
