Ozark Community Working to Fill the Bus

The “Fill the Bus” project is doing just that on July 22-23.

Volunteers from Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus and the community began collecting school supplies and donations at Walmart in Ozark at 8 a.m. on Friday, July 22, and loading them onto an Ozark School District bus as part of an event brought to the community by a partnership of the United Way and Walmart.

Collections will continue until 5 p.m. Friday. On Saturday, July 23, volunteers will accept school supplies from 9 a.m.-noon.
