The Arkansas Tech University chapter of Service Members and Veterans of America (SMVA) welcomed Col. Joy Leapheart and Arkansas District 68 Rep. Trevor Drown as guest speakers for its meeting at Baswell Techionery on Thursday, Oct. 8.
