Final Spring 2018 PRHA Lunch Thursday

The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will conclude its spring 2018 lunch series with a menu featuring Asian fusion cuisine on Thursday, April 26.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Williamson Hall Dining Room. The meal, which includes soup or salad, one entrée, one dessert and beverage, will cost $8.95 per person plus tax (cash or check only).

Grilled Bulgogi Taco (Korean-Mexican Fusion Tacos; Served with your choice of meat and two sides; Meat: Beef or Chicken; Sides: Roasted Corn Salad, Spicy Cucumber Salad, French Fries, Potato Kettle Chips or Fresh Veggies)

Korean BBQ Bowl (Served as a Bowl of Warm White Rice Topped with Chopped Lettuce, Seasoned Carrots, Zucchini and Cabbages as well as a Choice of Korean BBQ Beef Ribs, Spicy Pork or Chicken; Served with a Choice of Sauce: Sweet and Spicy Sauce or Seasoned Soy Sauce)
