Fall Dinner Series Concludes Thursday Night

The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will host the last of its fall 2015 dinner series events at Williamson Hall Dining Room on Thursday, Dec. 3.

Reserved seating times are available from 6-7 p.m. Cost for the Dec. 3 meal will be $19.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship. Members of the campus community and beyond are invited to attend.

Chicken Lettuce Wrap (Sautéed Ground Chicken, Mushrooms, Green Onions, Carrots, and Water Chestnuts; Served with Crisp Lettuce cups)

Shrimp Coconut Soup (Thai Soup Flavored with Fresh Ginger, Shitake Mushrooms, Shrimp, Lime, and Cilantro in Coconut Milk)

Thai Cucumber Salad (Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, and Cilantro Tossed with Sweet Vinaigrette Dressing)

Entree
Grilled Pork Chop (A Marinated Pork Chop Grilled with a Sweet Brown Sauce; Served with Pineapple Fried Rice and Stir-Fried Vegetables)
