Choose Your Lunch Adventure Thursday

A grilled chicken sandwich and a Korean BBQ bowl will be the main dish options when the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration hosts week four of its spring 2018 lunch series at Williamson Hall Dining Room on Thursday, March 8.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The meal, which includes soup or salad, one entrée, one dessert and beverage, will cost $8.95 per person plus tax (cash or check only).

Grilled Chicken Sandwich (Served Open-Faced on Brioche Bun with Seasoned and Grilled Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Provolone Cheese, Mayo and Honey BBQ Sauce; Served with a Side of French Fries, Potato Kettle Chips or Fresh Veggies with Ranch Dressing)

Korean BBQ Bowl (Served as a Bowl of Warm White Rice Topped with Chopped Lettuce, Seasoned Vegetables (Carrots, Zucchini, Cabbages) and a Choice of Korean BBQ Beef or Chicken; Served with a Choice of Sauce: Sweet and Spicy Sauce or Seasoned Soy Sauce)
