Marley to Visit Arkansas Tech Tuesday

Dr. Robert J. Marley, one of four finalists to become the 12th president of Arkansas Tech University, will participate in a pair of public events on the main campus of Arkansas Tech in Russellville on Tuesday, April 15. Marley will speak and take questions from the audience during a campus forum in the Doc Bryan Student Services Center Lecture Hall from 10-11:15 a.m. on Tuesday. All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend. There will be a community reception with Marley for alumni and other supporters of the university from 4:15-5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Chambers Cafeteria West Dining Hall. Marley is vice president for student success at Montana State University. Arkansas Tech is seeking a successor for Dr. Robert C. Brown, who announced on Aug. 23, 2013, that the current academic year would be his last as active president of the university. Brown has served as president at Arkansas Tech since July 1, 1993.
