Devin Hester and Laura Simmons captured the grand prizes in the 2015-16 Arkansas Tech University Student Alumni Association Button Run for freshmen.
The button run program is designed to help incoming freshmen learn more about activities and traditions at Arkansas Tech by encouraging them to attend a variety of events throughout the academic year and collect buttons commemorating each of those events.
By winning the 2015-16 button run, Hester (photographed, right) and Simmons (photographed, left) both earned a $250 gift card to the Arkansas Tech Bookstore.
Membership in the Arkansas Tech Student Alumni Association is free and open to all full-time Tech students who meet eligibility requirements.
