The Arkansas Tech University Office of Distinguished Scholarships will host a virtual meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 29, to inform ATU students about the opportunities that exist through the Boren Awards.

The meeting is planned for 3-4 p.m. and can be accessed by clicking on the link below:

The Boren Awards provide an opportunity for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students to receive funded study abroad ($20,000-$30,000 per year) to study less-commonly taught languages in Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

A Boren Awards representative will lead the information session and take questions from attendees.
