Signature Weekend of Giving 2022, a fund-raising effort led by the Arkansas Tech University advancement division for the Arkansas Tech University Foundation, raised more than $298,000 in support of student access and student success during Homecoming weekend.

Alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students and friends of the institution made 870 gifts in support of such causes as the Fight On Fund, the College of Business and Economic Development, the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Education and Health, the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, ATU-Ozark Campus, ATU athletics, the ATU U.S. Army ROTC program, the Jerry the Bulldog campus ambassador fund or the university’s greatest need/general scholarships.

“The alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of the university who contributed to Signature Weekend of Giving are making a difference in the lives of Arkansas Tech University students,” said Pam Cooper, ATU interim director of annual giving. “Together, we can, and together, we did. Thank you to everyone who made this year’s event an overwhelming success.”

This marked the eighth consecutive year in which ATU has conducted a Signature Weekend of Giving.
