The City of Russellville will join Arkansas Tech University students and faculty in hosting a Russellville readiness plan community conversation on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
The meeting will take place at Point Remove at Central Fire Station in Russellville Downtown from 6-8 p.m. Attendance is open to the general public.
Topics for discussion will include urban heat, stormwater drainage and energy usage in buildings and facilities operated by the City of Russellville.
Citizens are invited to share their experiences, concerns and ideas relative to the discussion topics.
The development of the Russellville readiness plan is part of an ATU interdisciplinary project-based learning course led by Dr. Sean Huss and Dr. Jason Patton under the auspices of the ATU Center for Community Engagement and Academic Outreach.
