The number of first-time freshmen enrolling at Arkansas Tech University for fall 2022 increased on its Russellville and Ozark campuses as compared to one year ago.
There are 1,455 first-time freshmen enrolled at ATU this fall. Of those, 1,130 are enrolled through the Russellville campus and 325 are enrolled through the Ozark campus.
Freshmen enrollment at ATU increased by 4.2 percent overall, 1.9 percent on the Russellville campus and 13.2 percent on the Ozark campus as compared to fall 2021.

Bowen, ATU president. “These students faced a litany of extraordinary challenges in high school due to the pandemic, but they have persisted. At Arkansas Tech, we are prepared to provide them with the lifelong intellectual, career and personal wellness benefits that result from post-secondary educational attainment in an environment that emphasizes student access and success.”
ATU is reporting a preliminary fall 2022 headcount enrollment of 9,431 students, including 7,697 students through the Russellville campus and 1,734 students through the Ozark campus. Overall enrollment at ATU for fall 2021 was 9,640 students.
