Donna Lowrey has transitioned to a full-time instructor role for the Arkansas Tech University–Ozark Campus adult education program.
She will teach at the Paris adult education site.
Lowrey previously served as a part-time instructor at the Paris adult education site. Following the site’s move to Community Transformation Church in January 2026, she has transitioned to a full-time role.
In her new position, Lowrey will oversee the daily operations of the Paris adult education site, provide educational services to inmates at the Logan County Detention Center and represent the program during court proceedings in Logan County.
“As our adult education program continues to grow, we are excited to expand Donna’s role,” said Dr. Wayne Fawcett, director of ATU-Ozark adult education. “We believe this expansion will help increase enrollment and strengthen the educational services available to residents of Paris, north Logan County and the surrounding communities.”
ATU-Ozark adult education provides free educational opportunities such as GED preparation, job readiness, workforce training and community partnerships to help individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
