Arkansas Tech University President Dr. Robin E. Bowen has announced the university will expand its leadership program, Leadership Tech, to a fifth cohort in 2020-21.

Leadership Tech develops individuals as leaders and builds leadership capacity within the faculty and staff on ATU’s Russellville and Ozark campuses.

Participation in Leadership Tech is open to any full-time faculty or staff member (classified or unclassified). Anyone can nominate any candidate for the program, and individuals are allowed to nominate themselves.

The cohort will be a diverse representation of the university, recognizing the importance of leadership in all campus offices and academic departments.

Due to the limited space available, applications are not retained from year to year. Individuals are encouraged to re-apply.

More information about the nomination process for the fifth cohort will be announced in early February. Employees may watch OneTech and their e-mail for further information.
