Arkansas Tech University’s celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month 2023 will begin with a kickoff event at noon on Friday, Sept. 15.
Hindsman Tower will be the location for the program. The public is invited to this free event, which will feature music and food representative of Hispanic cultures.
