The Arka Tech, student newspaper at Arkansas Tech University, is sponsoring a sock and glove donation event for the benefit of local elderly people.
Socks and gloves may be donated at Energy Center room 138 from 2:30-5:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2, and Saturday, Nov. 7.
Collected items will be given to Stella Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Russellville for the benefit of its residents.
