Multiple resources to aid Arkansas Tech University students in their health and wellness will be available during Healthapalooza 2019 on Thursday, Sept. 26.
The event, planned and hosted by the ATU Health and Wellness Center, will take place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the W.O. Young Building Ballroom. Admission will be free with a valid ATU identification card. Attendees will avail themselves of free food, promotional items and other giveaways.
Students will receive information from experts in Title IX law, international student services, residence life, disability services, public safety and behavior intervention. The information will pertain to the topics of sexually transmitted infections, vaping, pregnancy prevention, stress management, sleep, substance abuse and services offered by the ATU Health and Wellness Center.
Healthapalooza 2019 will be an On Track event on the Active Mind and Body track.
