The Arkansas Tech University Health and Wellness Center and ATU Student Activities Board invite ATU students to prepare for spring semester final examinations by attending De-Stress Fest 2025 on Thursday, May 1.
The event will take place from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Hindsman Tower.
The event will include massages, meditation, a punching bag and an obstacle course. Refreshments will include ice cream and snacks.
