ATU Student’s Artwork Featured in Fort Smith

Arkansas Tech University senior Addison Graham will offer an exhibit of her paintings and prints at the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum Oct. 4, 2019, through Jan. 3, 2020.

Graham will be honored with an opening reception from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3, in the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum student gallery at 1601 Rogers Ave. in Fort Smith.

The exhibit is entitled “21 Years: In Search of Ground.” According to information provided by the museum, Graham’s artwork is inspired by “visiting new places, listening to music and overall by new experiences.”

Born in Fort Smith and raised in Greenwood, Graham is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Arkansas Tech. Her future aspirations include obtaining a master’s degree and a position on a university art faculty.
