ATU-Ozark Set to Offer New and Revised Programs

Arkansas Tech University–Ozark Campus has announced academic program updates designed to strengthen workforce education and increase alignment with student and industry needs.

Beginning in the 2026-27 academic year, ATU-Ozark will offer a Certificate of Proficiency in fundamentals of cybersecurity. The program will provide students with foundational knowledge and skills related to cybersecurity principles and practices.

ATU-Ozark also updated its Certificate of Proficiency in welding to better align with concurrent enrollment partners and workforce training needs. The revisions are intended to enhance accessibility and student success within the program.

There is also a new Certificate of Proficiency in industrial maintenance. This will increase alignment with concurrent partnerships and will be available to both concurrent students and college students.
