Arkansas Tech University fraternity and sorority members collected and donated 2,496 pounds of non-perishable food items to River Valley Food 4 Kids as part of ATU Greek Week 2026.
The donation represents a 15.6 percent increase over the 2,159 pounds of food that were gathered and donated by ATU fraternity and sorority members during a similar effort in 2025.
The food will help River Valley Food 4 Kids fulfill its mission of combatting food insecurity in the Arkansas River Valley.
Other ATU Greek Week 2026 events included a Greek Olympics competition, a cardboard boat regatta, a dance battle, a day of service and an awards ceremony.
