ATU Department of Music Sets Fall 2021 Performances

The Arkansas Tech University Department of Music has released its fall 2021 schedule of performances.

Concerts and recitals planned for Witherspoon Auditorium will be available for listening and viewing at https://bit.ly/atumusiclive.

In-person audiences for those performances will be limited to invited guests of the performers due to COVID-19 limitations on indoor assemblies.

Audiences are invited and encouraged to attend the performances planned for outdoor venues.

Dr. Jeff Bright, professor of music, serves as head of the ATU Department of Music. Dr. Daniel A. Belongia, professor of music, is director of bands. The director of choirs is Dr. Christopher Harris, assistant professor of music.

In addition to these events, the ATU marching band, widely known for generations as “Arkansas’ Band of Distinction,” will perform at home football games on Sept. 2, Sept. 25, Oct. 9, Oct. 23, Nov. 6 and Nov. 13.
