ASBTDC Sets September 2022 Training Workshops

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center regional office at Arkansas Tech University has announced training opportunities during September 2022.

The ASBTDC regional office at ATU is designed to assist new, existing, and expanding businesses by offering a variety of services including free one-to-one confidential consulting, free market research and low-cost or free training.

Strategic Pricing and Market Forces | Wednesday, Sept. 14

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center regional office at ATU presents “Strategic Pricing and Market Forces” from 9-10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at ATU in Russellville. Participants will learn how to set pricing to keep up with rising costs and gain information about market forces that determine effective pricing. Carl Norris from Norris CFO Strategic Partners will discuss these topics and answers questions. There is no charge to attend due to a sponsorship from First State Bank. Effective Leadership: Influence in the Workplace | Wednesday, Sept. 28

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center regional office at ATU presents “Effective Leadership: Influence in the Workplace” from 9:30-11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at ATU in Russellville. At this collaborative event, participants will receive a succinct summary of the challenges of leadership and specific tactics for improving as a leader. Topics include developing a vision, fostering a positive environment, overcoming challenges and applying leadership concepts in day-to-day life.
