The Arkansas Tech University Department of Nursing on the Russellville campus is accepting applications for spring 2027 admission to its Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program, its traditional LPN-to-BSN degree program and its RN-to-BSN degree program.

For current ATU students, applications are submitted online within Blackboard:

• Log into the ATU Blackboard site at https://bblearn.atu.edu
• Access “Organizations” from the menu in the left panel
• For prelicensure BSN or LPN-to-BSN, select the “Upper Division Nursing Apps” Organization. For RN-to-BSN select “RN to BSN Nursing Applications”. If “Upper Division Nursing Apps/RN to BSN Nursing Apps” is unavailable, contact the ATU Department of Nursing to be added.
• Under “Organization Content”, select the appropriate program application:
— Prelicensure – not yet licensed or LPN applying for the traditional program
— LPN-to-BSN – current licensed practical nurses (LPN) only
— RN-to-BSN – current registered nurses (RN) only

The deadline to apply for the prelicensure program and the LPN-to-BSN program is Tuesday, Sept. 15.

The RN-to-BSN application cycle will remain open until all positions are filled.

Required application documents include the appropriate form on Blackboard, a TEAS score report and individual performance profile (to obtain score report, visit https://help.atitesting.com/how-do-i-get-my-ati-teas-score), proof of LPN or RN licensure and licensed nurse work verification from employer.

Licensed nurses must submit proof of licensure from state board of nursing with application.

RN-to-BSN applicants do not have to submit a work verification form if graduated less than 12 months from date of application.

Applicants not currently attending Arkansas Tech should contact the ATU Department of Nursing.

ATU also offers a hybrid LPN-to-BSN program, but entry into that program is only available during each fall semester.

For more information, potential applicants may ask their academic advisor or contact the ATU Department of Nursing at (479) 968-0383 or nurs@atu.edu.
