
Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus announced its 2026 awards for students, faculty and staff during spring commencement at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville on Saturday, May 9.

Bob Adams Outstanding Student Award
Levi Ridgeway
Law Enforcement

Levi Ridgeway, recipient of the Bob Adams Outstanding Student Award, is graduating with a degree in law enforcement. A first-generation college student, Ridgeway returned to school with the goal of making his six children and two grandchildren proud.
With six years of experience in the field, Ridgeway currently serves as a detective for the Ozark Police Department. Throughout his time in the law enforcement program, he has earned top grades and actively participated in his coursework while serving as an exemplar for his peers.
Ridgeway completed his degree while working full-time. Known for his willingness to help others and passion for helping others, Ridgeway’s advice to his younger self reflects his journey.
“Keep going, no matter what,” said Ridgeway. “You may fail sometimes, but not every time.”
ATU-Ozark Spirit Award
Peter Wah
Law Enforcement

Peter Wah joined Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus in fall 2024 after graduating from Clarksville High School
After arriving in the United States as an infant from a Thailand refugee camp, Wah and his family built a new life in America. With the support of his older sister, who later took on a guardianship role to help navigate health care and education, Wah remained focused on his goals and future. In August 2025, he earned his United States citizenship, marking a significant milestone in his journey.
Since enrolling in the ATU-Ozark law enforcement program, Wah has distinguished himself as a dedicated and positive presence on campus. In addition to his academic success, Wah has served as a library student worker. His can-do attitude demonstrates a willingness to learn, grow and serve others.
Faculty Award of Excellence in Teaching
Dr. Kelley Todd
Business Technology

Dr. Kelley Todd began her career at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from the University of Central Arkansas, a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University and a Doctor of Education degree in human resource and workforce development from the University of Arkansas.
Faculty Award of Excellence in Service
Dr. Jackie Scarborough
Human Services

Dr. Jackie Scarborough began her career at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and sociology from Ouachita Baptist University, a Master of Science degree in community counseling from the University of Central Arkansas and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in counselor education and supervision from Regent University.

Rebecca “Becky” Krebs
Administrative Specialist II, Fiscal Affairs

Becky Krebs joined the Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus staff in 2019.
