Sylvia Cooper, executive assistant for the ATU College of Research and Graduate Studies and international studies, was crowned grand champion of the 2025 Arkansas Tech University faculty and staff ugly holiday sweater competition during a gathering at Hull Building Student Union on Thursday, Dec. 4.
Judges also awarded a runner-up commendation to Dr. Kathleen Myers, ATU assistant professor of curriculum and instruction, and an honorable mention recognition to Tracy Spence, ATU assistant budget director, for their ugly holiday sweater creativity and courage.
The annual ATU faculty and staff holiday party is planned and executed by the ATU Office of Human Resources and the ATU Office of the President.
