Arkansas Tech University split a pair of Great American Conference volleyball road matches on Friday and Saturday.
The trip began with the Golden Suns defeating Southern Nazarene University 23-25, 25-16, 25-17, 25-18 in Bethany, Okla. Rilie Vote notched 17 kills and Allie Anderson had 16 kills for Arkansas Tech.
Oklahoma Baptist University defeated the Golden Suns 25-16, 19-25, 25-15, 25-8 in Shawnee, Okla., on Saturday. Anderson made 12 kills.
Arkansas Tech (15-9 overall, 7-4 GAC) is tied for fourth place in the GAC volleyball standings with five regular season matches remaining.
The Golden Suns will host the University of Arkansas-Monticello for a 6 p.m. GAC match at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville on Friday, Nov. 1.
