Arkansas Tech University finished fifth among eight women’s cross country teams in the Oklahoma Baptist University Invitational at Shawnee, Okla., Saturday, Oct. 12.
Aubre Gilreath (7th, 19:36.3) was the Golden Suns’ top individual finisher.
Lauryn Doublet (11th, 19:51), Halle Stringer (23rd, 20:34.4), Halle Gilreath (28th, 20:51.2), Chloee Richard (38th, 21:41.8) and Lourdes Castro (49th, 22:51.2) also represented ATU in Shawnee.
The Golden Suns will compete in the Great American Conference Championships Saturday, Oct. 26, in Arkadelphia.
