BIPOC Art Exhibit Open Through Feb. 23 in Library

One example of the artwork available for viewing in the Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) art exhibit at Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center.

Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center and the Arkansas Tech University Department of Art are hosting an art exhibit featuring the work of Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) during the month of February.

The exhibit is available for viewing in Pendergraft Library and Technology Center room 129 through Friday, Feb. 23.

There will be a reception with refreshments at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13.

Admission to the exhibit and the reception is open to all.

More than 30 original artworks, many of which are available for purchase, are included in the exhibit.

Artists featured in the show include Jessica Avalos-Reyes, Don-Omar Cuebas, Jocelyn Dong, A’marie Dukes, Jay Fleming, Kevante Foster, Tibor Hollmann, Johnny Lieu, Nathaly Marin, Elonna McPeters, Yanet Navarette, Jennifer Tran, Antonio Walls Jr. and Jessica Zelaya.
