Arkansas Tech University finished 24th among 29 women’s cross country teams in the 2019 Missouri Southern Stampede at Joplin, Mo., on Saturday morning.
Aubre Gilreath (68th, 19:02.3), Halle Gilreath (115th, 19:46.7), Lauryn Doublet (129th, 19:54.0), Halle Stringer (190th, 20:47.9) and Chloee Richard (246th, 22:10.7) competed for the Golden Suns in Joplin.
Arkansas Tech will run in the Chile Pepper Festival Saturday, Oct. 5, in Fayetteville.
