How have you used what you learned at ATU to have success?

For years, I was an elementary teacher and principal. Thanks to my Tech education I was known by administrators, parents and fellow teachers as a well-qualified educator. I have become a leader in community organizations for many years.

— Sue Frueauff (’61)

Was there a faculty/staff member who had a positive impact on your life?

My advisor and professor Dr. Joe Moore. I was definitely not his top student or shining star. However, he always treated me with patience, kindness respect and light-hearted humor. At Tech, I was seen for more than a test score or grade.

— Anna Kay Frueauff (’91)

What makes ATU the special place that it is?

It was an environment that gave you the tools and knowledge to chase whatever endeavor you felt drawn to. ATU provided an opportunity and environment for me to learn, question, and mature personally and academically.

— David Frueauff (’89)
