Panel to Share Tips on Grant Proposal Writing

Three Arkansas Tech University faculty members will participate in a panel discussion about preparing competitive grant proposals on Friday, Nov. 17, as part of the fall 2017 ATU Interdisciplinary Research Series.

The discussion, which is entitled “Grant Tips and Tricks,” will begin at 3:30 p.m. in Dr. Robert Charles Brown and Jill Lestage Brown Hall room 134. All members of the university community are invited to attend.

Panelists will include Dr. Turaj Ashuri, Dr. Newton Hilliard and Dr. Rebecca Wiewel, each of whom are board members for the ATU Interdisciplinary Research Center. They will share what they have learned from their experiences at grant preparation conferences and from program directors at major federal grant agencies.
