Andrew Garrett, a senior at Sylvan Hills High School in Sherwood, won the random drawing for a fall 2018 12-hour scholarship to Arkansas Tech University during Tech Open House on Saturday, Oct. 21.
He was among more than 950 individuals who attended the 21st annual Tech Open House, an event offered to high school students and other individuals interested in learning more about educational opportunities at ATU.
Garrett plans on majoring in cybersecurity at Arkansas Tech.
