At Arkansas Tech University, we respect your privacy and will always take the necessary steps in protecting it. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a secure experience for our prospects, students, faculty, staff and website visitors, we are making changes to our privacy policies to make them easier to understand on what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
Effective May 25, 2018, our Machine-Readable Privacy Policy and our Electronic Communications Privacy Policy were updated to comply with the new requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. You can review the regulation covering this requirement at:
