The Arkansas Tech University Department of Diversity and Inclusion (DDI) will host a soul food night on Thursday, Feb. 21.
The event, which is part of the 2019 Black History Month commemoration at ATU, will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Doc Bryan Student Services Center room 242. Admission will be free and open to the campus community.
According to information provided by the ATU DDI, participants learn more about African American cuisine and the history of soul food.
