Stuber to Speak on Holocaust April 16

Guest lecturer Dr. Dorian Stuber will offer a program entitled “Bearing Witness: Holocaust Literature as Education” at Arkansas Tech University on Tuesday, April 16.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. in Rothwell Hall room 138. Admission will be free and open to the public.

Stuber is the Isabelle Peregrin Odyssey Associate Professor of English at Hendrix College. He teaches 20th and 2st century British literature, Holocaust literature, literary theory and film.

His presentation at ATU will focus on Holocaust literature and its importance in understanding both the historical context of the Holocaust and how it impacts modern society.

A reception will follow Stuber’s remarks.

The lecture is sponsored by the ATU College of Arts and Humanities and the ATU Department of English and World Languages.
