Southwestern Inspired Menu Thursday Night

Diana Bratton will serve as guest chef for the Thursday, Oct. 4, Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration dinner series event at Lake Point Conference Center in Russellville.

The dinner series, which is typically held at Williamson Hall Dining Room, is moving to Lake Point Conference Center this autumn in order to accommodate renovations being performed at Williamson Hall.

Bratton is the chef, founder and owner of Cafe 1217, a dine in café and catering company in Hot Springs. She attended and received her culinary degree from El Centro College in Dallas, Texas, and continued her education at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, Calif.

Seating times are scheduled for 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Cost is $40 per person (plus tax).
