ASBTDC Announces April Training Sessions

Area business owners will learn more about several topics during training sessions from the Arkansas Small Business Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) during the month of April. The regional office of the ASBTDC at Arkansas Tech is designed to assist new, existing and expanding businesses by offering a variety of services including consulting, training and market research. The following seminars will be offered during the month:

  • Starting a Business in Arkansas – Thursday, April 3, 9 a.m.- noon at Arkansas Tech University. Cost is $30, and veterans attend free.
  • Human Resources: What Every Business Should Know – Wednesday, April 9, 9 a.m.- noon at Arkansas Tech University. Cost is $40.
  • QuickBooks Online – Tuesday, April 15, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Arkansas Tech University. Cost is $65.
  • Website in a Day – Wednesday, April 23 from 9:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. at Beall, Barclay & Company in Fort Smith. Presented in partnership with Connect Arkansas. Cost is free, and lunch is provided.
  • Website in a Day – Wednesday, April 30 from 9:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. at University of the Ozarks in Clarksville. Presented in partnership with Connect Arkansas. Cost is free, and lunch is provided.
