Wonder Boys, RiverHawks Meet Tuesday Night

Arkansas Tech University rarely fared well against Northeastern State University in men’s basketball games at old Jack Dobbins Field House in Tahlequah, Okla.

The Wonder Boys will try to start a new trend in road games against the RiverHawks when they visit the NSU Event Center for the first time on Tuesday, Dec. 19.

Tech’s most recent visit to Tahlequah came on Nov. 15, 2012. Northeastern State opened its new $17.1 million home basketball facility the following year.

Tuesday’s non-conference match-up will be the final game before the holiday break for Arkansas Tech. The Wonder Boys will return to action on Sunday, Dec. 31, with a 2 p.m. non-conference contest in Rolla, Mo., against the Missouri S&T Miners.
