Dominant pitching by Southwestern Oklahoma State University made the difference in a Bulldogs’ three-game sweep of Arkansas Tech University in Great American Conference baseball at Weatherford, Okla., on Friday and Saturday.
SWOSU (15-15 overall, 11-10 GAC) defeated Arkansas Tech 7-5, 10-0 and 2-0.
As a result, the Wonder Boys (21-13, 14-7) dropped into sole possession of third place in the GAC standings.
Arkansas Tech will visit Southern Arkansas University for a 3 p.m. non-conference game in Magnolia on Tuesday, April 2.
